How do I reset my password?

How do I delete my account?

You have two options to delete your account:

1. Open the mobile app and go to Settings, then select "Delete Account"

2. Submit an account deletion request using the form on this page by selecting "Account Deletion Request" as the category. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your request is received.

How do I request deletion of my personal data?

Under GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. To exercise this right, submit a request using the form on this page by selecting "Right to Erasure (GDPR)" as the category. Please include your account email address and specify which data you wish to have deleted. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your request is received. We will process your request within 30 days as required by law.
